Overall marvellous location right by the sea front and pubs/restaurant's as well as the beach and main street. Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge...

We had an EXCELLENT 3-star experience here. All members of the staff was lovely and nice. The a double room we stayed in was spotless and compact with a bathroom. It was in the very central location to have private garage parking too is almost unheard of that close to the seafront.

Our experience was overshadowed by several issues. First, access to the hotel was quite challenging due to the narrow street and lack of extra parking space. We were left searching for alternatives when our designated spot was occupied. The room we stayed in felt unnecessarily warm was nice, despite the fan provided. Lastly, the broken TV and the stale milk for coffee were disappointing touches that greatly affected our overall enjoyment.

Great location and room size, view from the french door ms was lovely

Room needs de-cobwebing, there is no privacy as french door is next to the public footpath and everyone looks in as walking past, toilet seat was the wrong size and kept falling off. Room was cold too

Spent 3 nights here with my family, had a fine stay overall. The rooms were modern, spotless, came with a very useful fridge and the sloped ceiling. A huge variety of food for breakfast, everything was brilliant.

It was great having a separate upstairs room for the kids- they loved having their own space. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes to the beach and it was super quiet, made for a peaceful sleep.

The access through narrow streets can be tricky. We appreciated thevery comfy and tidy setting, especially the secure parking, hard to find in Lyme Regis.
